Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in environmental laboratory management or service-center operations.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• 1+ year of project management in environmental labs.
• Strong technical communication with clients and SMEs.
• Proficient in LIMS and office software.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills; leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the service center and schedule resources.
• Manage service expenses and control costs while preserving quality.
• Drive process improvements and cost-effective initiatives.
• Lead, train, and mentor staff; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Manage client accounts up to $1M in annual revenue.
• Collaborate with Lab in Orange, CA and Business Development in Bay Area.
• Support quality assurance, non-conformance, and issue resolution.
• Provide technical expertise to clients and support RFP responses.
• Maintain fleet and coordinate with labs and centers.
