Hyp-Tro Building Services in Baltimore is seeking a part-time Environmental Service/Custodian responsible for general cleaning tasks in a healthcare or hotel setting.

Under supervision, the employee dusts, mops, cleans exam rooms, disinfects bathrooms, restocks supplies, trash removal, vacuuming, blinds cleaning, and handles safety and basic procedures; lifting up to 25 pounds, following English instructions.

Formación

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• 1 year housekeeping experience in healthcare or hotel setting preferred
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Dust mopping, high/low dusting and cleaning of exam rooms including beds and fixtures.
• Disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures; replenishing paper supplies and soap products; trash removal.
• Vacuuming, wall washing, blinds dusting, window sill wiping; cleaning identified medical devices and instruments.
• Follow basic oral and written instructions in English; arrive on time and wear a clean uniform.

Morning Shift: 800 am - 4:00 p.m. Monday- Friday

Night Shift: 5:00pm 11:00pm Monday- Friday

Position Summary:

Environmental Service

Minimum Education

Under the general supervision of Hyp-Tro Building Service/ Custodian must performs a variety of general cleaning tasks , the Custodian is responsible for dust mopping , high/low dusting, Exam rooms cleaning including the bed and fixtures, disinfecting of the bathroom and fixtures, replenishing paper supplies and soap products, trash removal of both non-infectious and infectious waste, vacuuming, wall washing, Blinds dust, window sill wipe, cleaning of identified medical devices and instruments.

Removing Black marks off floor mopping floors and hallways and other assigned area. Ability to follow basic oral and written instructions in English Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.

• 1.Arrive and depart work on time.

• 5.Uniform is clean and free of debris or odor.
• 6.Entire uniform is worn daily.
