Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field and three years of professional environmental experience OR equivalent
• Ability to communicate technical, scientific, regulatory and legal information clearly both verbally and in writing
• Experience coordinating with federal/state agencies (EPA/DEP) and managing permits or regulatory processes

Responsibilities

• Develop program documents such as annual program plans and environmental reports.
• Conduct biological surveys, monitor construction activities, and prepare technical reports.
• Develop and review environmental regulations, procedures and training for staff and the regulated community.
• Prepare permits and supervise compliance monitoring and data analysis.
