Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years related experience including 5 years of Project Management.
• PWS certification preferred.
• Experience with permitting, natural resource management, and wetlands in Midwest Michigan or Ohio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and identify new client opportunities and develop networks into a book of business.
• Lead business development for natural resources and permitting services in the northwest region.
• Develop scopes of work and proposals aligned with client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and mentor staff to ensure high-quality project tasks and deliverables.
• Develop proposals and technical reporting for natural resource and permitting projects.
• Oversee field studies and restoration/mitigation design efforts as needed.
• Ensure work follows health and safety protocols.
