Location: Field/Office (Wheat Ridge, CO)
Full-Time | Hourly | On-Site & Field-Based
Pay Range: $34.00–$53.00/hr (commensurate with level & experience)

Environmental Scientist / Geologist I
1–3 years of experience | $34.00–$38.50/hr
For early-career professionals ready to apply their technical knowledge and grow under expert mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field investigations (air, soil, groundwater, building materials)
- Plan and execute site visits, mapping, sampling, and permitting tasks
- Oversee third-party contractors and ensure health & safety compliance
- Assist in drafting environmental reports, site plans, and regulatory forms
- Support project teams on remediation projects and cross-functional coordination
Environmental Scientist / Geologist II
2–5 years of experience | $36.00–$44.00/hr
For experienced professionals ready to lead field activities and contribute to design and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site investigations, aquifer characterization, and pilot testing
- Analyze data to support conceptual site models and remedial design
- Develop work plans, feasibility studies, and corrective action strategies
- Supervise contractors and junior team members during field execution
- Coordinate permitting, access, and logistics for field projects
- Partner with senior staff to solve complex environmental issues
Environmental Scientist / Geologist III
4–8 years of experience | $42.00–$53.00/hr
For highly skilled professionals ready to drive project success from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct complex field programs and oversee multidisciplinary project execution
- Provide technical leadership in remediation design, regulatory compliance, and reporting
- Lead the development of conceptual site models and remediation strategies
- Mentor staff, oversee deliverables, and support client communication
- Contribute to business planning and project financial performance
- Apply strategic insight to technical challenges with innovative, cost-effective solutions

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field
- Valid U.S. work authorization and driver’s license
