Job summary

PRACTICE is seeking Education Champions to provide environmental science support in high school classrooms on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during school hours in New York. You’ll tutor one-on-one and in small groups, collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies that help urban students thrive.

Ideal candidates are degree-seeking students or graduates with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a related field, and a flexible schedule of 10–35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects including Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents prep.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies.
• Support urban students to thrive academically and personally.

About the Job:
