Job summary

Pace is seeking a Courier to join our environmental services operations. You’ll be responsible for the safe pickup, transport, and delivery of environmental samples and materials, ensuring sample integrity and data accuracy throughout the process.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with overtime as needed. You’ll support teams by following procedures and maintaining precise documentation to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a related role is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to maintain required licenses and certifications.
• Knowledge of safe driving, sample transport principles, and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents and data for sample pick-up, transport, and delivery.
• Prepare the assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance.
• Provide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and resolve concerns.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency by offering suggestions and actively participating in team efforts.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment aligned with Pace values.
