Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Courier to join our environmental science team. You will pick up, transport, and deliver samples and materials in a safe, timely manner, ensuring data integrity and on-time pickups that support our laboratory operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain required licenses.
• Knowledge of safe driving, customer service and sample transport principles.
• Ability to learn and follow organizational policies, procedures, and transportation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents, databases, and related information for sample pick-up, transport, and delivery.
• Prepare your assigned vehicle for daily operations, including documentation, safety checks, and basic maintenance needs.
• Provide support and assistance to staff and management related to sample transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and recommend solutions to improve processes and resolve customer, staff, or management concerns.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, seeking guidance or escalating issues as needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency by offering suggestions and actively participating in team efforts.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and customerfocused work environment aligned with Pace values.
