Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking a Courier to pick up, transport, and deliver environmental samples and materials. You will ensure the integrity of each sample and support laboratory operations during daily routes.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and clear communication with internal teams and customers. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with full benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain required licenses/certifications.
• Knowledge of safe driving, customer service, and sample transport principles.
• Ability to follow organizational policies, procedures, and transportation protocols; computer basics.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professionalism and discretion when interacting with others.
• Comfort operating a company vehicle with GPS/telematics and safety cameras.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Review, complete, and process documents and data for sample pickup and delivery.
• Prepare assigned vehicle for daily operations, including safety checks and basic maintenance.
• Provide support to staff and management on transport procedures.
• Assist in researching issues and propose process improvements.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to team efficiency; participate in team efforts.
• Promote a positive, customer-focused work environment aligned with Pace values.
