Job summary

Nautique Boat Company is seeking an EHS Supervisor for its Orlando facility. The role focuses on identifying losses, developing loss-control processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance to protect people, assets, and the environment.

The successful candidate will manage environmental programs, coordinate safety training, and lead incident investigations while maintaining permits and reporting requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in EHS roles.
• Knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR parts 1910 and 1926.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer safety training programs.
• Oversee staff and perform performance reviews.
• Coordinate emergency evacuation drills and procedures.
• Assess health and safety risks and implement controls.
• Maintain environmental compliance programs (RCRA, DOT, etc.).
• Prepare permit applications and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety policies.
• Maintain records for training, incidents, and permits.
