Job summary

Clean Harbors in Logan Township, NJ is seeking a Class B Driver (Retail Technician) to provide comprehensive environmental services including collection and disposal of damaged, recalled products; recycling of light bulbs, oil, oil filters, engine fluids and other materials; and on-site cleanup activities.

Responsibilities include driving a Box Truck to retail sites, loading and unloading hazardous materials while ensuring DOT compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Class A or Class B CDL.
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements.
• Ability to travel overnight.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with a laptop, handheld, printer, and iPhone.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Box Truck to retail sites and transport goods.
• Pick up, pack and transport damaged/recall products.
• Load, pack and segregate materials and waste.
• Prepare DOT shipping documents.
• Interact with customers at each stop.
• Follow health and safety plans and OSHA/DOT requirements.
• Conduct tasks using laptop, handheld, printer, and iPhone.
