Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. in Logan Township, NJ seeks a Class B Driver (Retail Technician) to provide environmental services including collection, disposal and recycling. You will drive a box truck to retail sites, load and market materials while complying with OSHA, DOT and company policies.

The role requires Hazmat/Tanker endorsements, a CDL A/B and overnight travel as needed. Excellent customer service, safety focus and ability to use laptops and handheld devices are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license required.
• CDL Class A or B required.
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements required.
• Ability to travel overnight as required by business needs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a laptop, handheld device, printer and iPhone.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority and follow all safety policies.
• Pickup, pack and transport damaged, discarded goods and recalled products.
• Load, pack and segregate materials and waste for transport.
• Drive a box truck to retail customer sites and perform site visits.
• Prepare DOT shipping documents and maintain compliant paperwork.
• Interact with customers at each stop and ensure proper packaging.
