Job summary

Seaboard Foods in Texas is seeking an ERM Team Member to support the Environmental Supervisor with lagoon monitoring and related duties across our operations. You will assist with pumping procedures, equipment maintenance, and sampling at company sites.

The role requires basic reading and writing of simple instructions, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and safety is our top priority.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred; 1-3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred but not necessary.
• A valid driver's license and clean MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Assist coordinators in pumping procedures including paperwork and scheduling.
• Oversee routine maintenance on company equipment
• Apply extensive knowledge of sprinkler systems and troubleshooting of irrigation motors.
• Ability to trouble shoot and knowledge of small motors
• Setup pumping equipment including but not limited to moving pipe, setting up risers, setting up reel rains and motors.
• Perform soil, water, and lagoon effluent sampling at company sites
• Operate machinery for solids separation and compost process.
