Job summary

WSP seeks an Environmental Remediation Project Manager/Office Manager for the Rifle, CO team. You will lead remedial design, field investigations, data analysis, and oversee the Rifle office, coordinating staff and submittals while aligning with portfolio leads in the CO/West region.

You will mentor geologists, engineers and environmental scientists, manage budgets and contracts, ensure HSSE compliance, and drive project delivery from discovery through final remediation.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related discipline; PG or PE license preferred.
• 7–10+ years of environmental consulting and/or project management experience.
• Experience with project budgeting, tracking, and change management.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with technical writing, office software, and field data management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers with duties; coordinate weekly scheduling meetings.
• Lead multi-project support and monitor contract compliance.
• Provide HSSE compliance oversight and ensure adherence to client terms.
• Mentor geologists, engineers, and environmental scientists.
• Prepare technical reports and cost estimates for regulatory submittals.
