Job summary

WSP is seeking an Environmental Remediation Project Manager/Office Manager for our Rifle, CO team. You will oversee remedial design, field investigations, and project delivery within the oil and gas sector, while managing the Rifle office and staff.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across projects with a western Colorado focus and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or related discipline; PG or PE license preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10+ years of environmental consulting and/or project management experience.
• Expertise with project planning, numerical tracking and analysis (e.g., MS Excel).
• Proficiency in technical writing, office automation, and communication tools.
• Must be able to travel to project sites, up to 10% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers with duties as necessary.
• Coordinate weekly scheduling meetings.
• Assist project teams with multiple projects as requested.
• Provide support to staff on processes, monitor contract compliance, and assist with contracts.
• Lead and mentor geologists, engineers and environmental scientists.
