Job summary

WSP USA in Rifle, Colorado seeks an Environmental Remediation Project Manager/Office Manager to oversee remedial design, field investigations, contaminated site management, and data analysis, while directing the Rifle office day-to-day and guiding staff on submittals and change orders.

You will lead project teams across Colorado and the West, mentor engineers and scientists, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with portfolio leads to deliver projects on time and within budget

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or related field; PE license preferred.
• 7–10+ years environmental consulting and/or project management experience.
• CAD/Civil 3D®, ArcGIS experience a plus.
• Strong project planning and data analysis skills (MS Excel or similar).
• Highly organized, capable leader with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Managers with duties as necessary.
• Coordinate weekly scheduling meetings.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates and technical reports for regulatory submittals.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Colorado and neighboring states.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and client invoicing requirements.
• Travel to project sites in western Colorado and surrounding states (≈10%).
