• Directs environmental remediation program delivery to meet KPIs.
• Oversees performance of ~50 staff across West Coast operations.
• Manages client relationships and senior leadership governance matters.
• Drives business development, budgets, and project oversight.
• Ensures adherence to project delivery standards and QMS/PDS compliance.
• Mentors and develops project managers and staff.
