Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR.
• US citizenship or permanent residency; sponsorship not offered.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive program performance to meet client KPIs and satisfaction.
• Manage ~50 department staff and develop succession plans.
• Develop budgets and capture strategies to grow backlog and bookings.
• Ensure project delivery practices align with PDS and QMS.
