Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in relevant scientific/engineering field with regulatory focus.
• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of environmental regulatory experience or equivalent.
• Experience in enforcing environmental regulations or implementing environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee debris management and landfilling operations.
• Develop and update environmental programs and policies.
• Coordinate technical support to staff, contractors and industry.
• Ensure permits for Solid Waste, Air Quality and Water meet regulations.
• Plan and manage Post-Disaster Debris contracts and operations.
• Document and maintain field data, inspection and permit records.
