Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a biological, environmental, or chemical science.
• Current license to practice CLS-G or CLS-S required or pending permanent license.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform organic, inorganic, and trace metals analyses on environmental samples.
• Conduct drinking water testing using EPA-approved methodologies.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot GC and GC/MS instrumentation.
• Prepare, analyze, and document environmental samples with quality control.
• Maintain EPA compliance and laboratory accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with public health staff and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain records and contribute to quality improvement activities.
