Job summary

Orange County Government is seeking a Project Manager to oversee four regional wastewater facilities, manage construction projects, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role focuses on data-driven trending analyses, budget coordination, and safety program administration for multiple facilities under the Water Reclamation Division.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Environmental/Engineering or a related field and at least five years of supervisory experience in treatment operations

Responsibilities

• Administers Safety program
• Supports process control and project planning
• Assists in development of project planning, proposals, cost estimates and budgets
• Oversees construction services/activities and prepares observation reports
• Assists in budget preparation and monitors expenditures
• Coordinates with stakeholders and contractors during projects
• Conducts historical data research for planning and reporting
• Provides accurate reporting for all stakeholders
