Job summary

The City of Port Orange seeks an Administrative/Technical professional to assist the Reclaimed Water Production Manager in operating the Reclaimed Water Treatment Plant and related facilities. You will help plan, train, organize, and sustain uninterrupted operations while protecting public health and the environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 5+ years in water system operations or related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for reclaimed water systems.

• Strong communication and reporting skills in Standard English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing reclaimed water plant operations, maintenance, and staff.
• Develop and monitor operating budgets and asset management plans.
• Prepare council and regulatory reports and bid specifications as needed.
