EHS Support LLC is seeking a Senior Environmental Compliance Specialist to lead complex environmental compliance and Phase I ESA projects. You will serve as technical lead, decision-maker, and client advisor, ensuring high-quality deliverables and regulatory compliance across multiple engagements.

The role requires advanced expertise, independent judgment, and the ability to develop innovative solutions while mentoring staff and supporting client growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 13+ years (Master) / 15+ years (Bachelor) of relevant experience.
• Proven progression in environmental consulting with increasing responsibility for technical leadership and client management.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical scope of large/complex projects (e.g., >$75K).
• Serve as lead author and gatekeeper for complex deliverables.
• Mentor staff and lead a team of 2–5; oversee project execution and client relations.
