Job summary

Terracon's Salt Lake City office is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) within the Environmental Department. The role focuses on delivering Phase I ESAs on time and within scope, coordinating with APR, clients, and regulatory requirements.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience, strong writing and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel to sites may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology.
• Minimum 5 years related experience; 9 years if no degree.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I ESA projects from scope to delivery.
• Coordinate with APR and client communications.
• Manage project scheduling and resources.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Engage external vendors and supervise project staff.
