Job summary

Canacre, a Quanta Services company, seeks an Environmental Project Manager to drive projects from concept to completion in the Denver area. You will coordinate internal resources, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and communicate with clients to meet expectations.

This role requires a background in biology/environmental science/engineering, 3–5 years of consulting with external clients, and at least 2 years in management, with strong permitting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field (Biology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering) is preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional services consulting experience with external clients.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience with environmental permitting and construction compliance.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead internal resources, set priorities and milestones.
• Liaise directly with clients or Client Manager and provide reports and solutions.
• Support development of project messaging for stakeholders, including landowners and communities.
• Manage tracking of project progress from time, cost and schedule perspectives.
• Ensure client deliverables are completed and delivered on schedule.
• Review client deliverables to ensure quality.
• Identify project risks and devise contingency plans as needed.
• Host regular meetings with client and project team to review progress.
