Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking an Environmental Staff Project Manager to support execution and management of environmental projects through field work, technical analysis, reporting, and project coordination. You will help develop ownership of project tasks, client relationships, budgets, and schedules under guidance from senior staff.

Responsibilities include sampling, supervising drill crews, field and office coordination, and preparing environmental reports alongside senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
• 0 years of related experience required.
• Professional license not required for progression.
• A valid driver's license is required for ECS subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Initiates project setup and implementation with limited supervision.
• Performs groundwater, soil, and media sampling activities.
• Supervises drill crews and supports investigation activities under senior oversight.
• Documents site observations and prepares field reports.
• Assists with project budget management and change order tracking.
• Prepares invoices and supports collection activities.
• Schedules, trains, and oversees environmental technicians and support staff.
