Job summary

Stratus is seeking a Project Manager for its Environmental team, based in Wilkesboro, NC. You will manage environmental engineering projects, ensure technical delivery, budget compliance, and client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering or related field and 5+ years of project experience in A/E or consulting; Master’s degree and PMP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Science or related field.
• 5+ years of project experience in A/E or consulting environment.
• Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, budget, and schedule for assigned projects.
• Serve as primary client point of contact for day-to-day project matters.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and permitting authorities.
• Develop project proposals, cost estimates, and work plans.
