Responsibilities:
Participates in bringing work into the firm through execution of planned marketing strategies.
Assembles the project team for a proposal.
Responsible for the accurate and effective estimation of fees for proposals.
Determines major project design decisions in conjunction with the client.
Checks the accuracy of completed work and serves as primary point of contact with the client.
Fully responsible for project scope, schedule, and budget.
May oversee construction efforts.
Provides administrative supervision of assigned staff members, including performance reviews and recommending staff members for advancement.
Ensures client authorizations are obtained before proceeding with work and ensures that established budgets are not exceeded without client authorization or authorization by the Project Officer.
Takes full responsibility for milestones of the project and demonstrates a high commitment to safety and makes efforts to instill these virtues in assigned staff.
Demonstrates commitment to budget and attentively reviews project performance and projected estimates to complete.
Offers opportunities to project staff to get acquainted with the business side of projects and leads the team with enthusiasm.

Experience with leading projects involving Phase I, II, and III site investigations, and remediation planning and execution required.
Experience with CT RSR, MA MCP, CERCLA, RCRA, and/or TSCA regulations required.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Able to push, pull, and place materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinets.
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment.
