Job summary

V3 Companies, a multidisciplinary AEC firm, seeks an Environmental Project Manager in our Woodridge/Chicago, IL office to contribute to career-defining projects that reimagine our built and natural world.

In this leadership role you will oversee project execution, regulatory compliance, client relationships, mentoring staff, and business development, applying geological and hydrogeological expertise to complex remediation and redevelopment initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Engineering or related field.
Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license in Illinois.
15+ years of environmental consulting with increasing project management responsibility.
Experience managing remediation projects and redevelopment initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Illinois EPA regulations, remediation programs, soil management and due diligence.

Responsibilities

Lead environmental assessments, remediation, and regulatory closure projects.
Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and technical reports.
Serve as primary client contact, supporting business development and maintaining client relationships.
Lead technical execution of Site Remediation Program (SRP), LUST, and other regulatory projects.
Provide geological, hydrogeological, and environmental expertise across multidisciplinary projects.
