Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license in Illinois.
• 15+ years of environmental consulting experience with increasing project management responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex remediation projects and supporting redevelopment initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Illinois EPA regulations, remediation programs, soil management requirements, and environmental due diligence practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution of environmental assessments, remediation, and regulatory closure projects.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and technical reports.
• Serve as primary client contact and support business development efforts.
• Mentor junior geologists, scientists, engineers, and environmental professionals.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, invoicing, and resource allocation.
