Terraphase Engineering is seeking a Principal-level Environmental Consultant to lead and grow our Portland office. The successful candidate will have over 15 years of experience in environmental consulting, particularly in remediation and due diligence.

This role requires strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and develop client relationships. The position also involves overseeing operations and providing strategic regulatory direction.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting, especially in remediation or due diligence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Track record of successful client relationships and an entrepreneurial mindset.
