Job summary

Canacre, a Quanta Services Company's core service provider, seeks an Environmental Project Manager to oversee environmental projects from conception to completion. You will ensure QA, risk assessment, forecasting, scope control, and on-time, on-budget delivery with direct client communication.

Join a team focused on regulatory compliance, permitting strategies, and collaboration with stakeholders. Must have degree in a related field and 2+ years managing projects in professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Biology, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional services consulting experience with external clients.
• 2+ years in a management role.
• Experience with environmental permitting and construction compliance.
• Track record delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead internal resources, set expectations, priorities and milestones.
• Liaise with clients and provide reports, updates, and solutions.
• Support development of project messaging for stakeholders and communities.
• Manage progress tracking from task to cost perspective.
• Ensure client deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans as required.
• Lead meetings with client and internal teams to review progress and changes.
