Spyder Construction is seeking a high‑caliber candidate to generate and manage estimates for large loss restoration and roofing projects in Littleton, CO. You will own the client relationship from kickoff through closeout and drive proposals, change orders, and financial projections with independence and integrity.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years estimating/abatement experience in Colorado, a valid Colorado license, and a 4-year degree in Construction or PM.

Qualificações

• 7+ years estimating and managing abatement projects in Colorado.
• Valid Colorado driver's license and a record that meets Spyder requirements.
• Preferably a 4-year degree in Construction, PM, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and manage technical estimates on company leads and referral network, meeting goals.
• Win through credibility by scoping repairs accurately and converting inspections to clients.
• Own client relationships from kickoff to closeout and ensure commitments are met.
• Prepare sharp proposals and negotiate change orders with owners, architects, and clients.
• Lead project kickoffs, pre-construction meetings, and OAC meetings; align production on scope, budget, and schedule.
