The role covers environmental assessment, remediation, waste management, tank compliance, and building demolition, with opportunities to lead diverse civil and environmental projects. The position emphasizes budget control, client communication, staff mentoring, and pursuit of new work through established client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in civil/environmental engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with environmental assessment, site remediation, and permitting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering reports, plans, MCP reports, and permitting filings.
• Develop project scope, schedule, and fee; manage budgets, invoicing, and contracts.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and lead project teams.
• Support pursuit of new work through client relationships and proposals.
• Participate in professional organizations and technical committees.
