Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 2–5 years of experience, or 6–9 years in project controls in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI; familiarity with budget and cost control processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client contracts and payments for transportation projects.
• Review monthly invoices for professional services and contractor work and process reimbursements with supporting documentation.
• Coordinate Independent Cost Estimates (ICE) for upcoming client contracts.
• Conduct bid analyses and compare proposals against ICE.
• Coordinate bi-weekly project reviews with client and Bechtel teams to assess capital projects.
• Organize annual budgets for client projects and track funding allocations.
• Develop and enforce cost recording, reporting, and analysis standards.
