Illinois Farm Bureau seeks an experienced outreach and engagement professional to develop and implement programs on priority issues across Illinois. You will update stakeholders, monitor trends, and coordinate involvement within your area of responsibility.
You will lead the planning and execution of educational programs and events, create promotional materials to maximize participation, and handle all logistics, from venue to speakers.

Develops and implements outreach and engagement programs and events related to priority issues for the Illinois Farm Bureau (IFB). Updates and disseminates information, monitors trends, and coordinates IFB's involvement regarding issues within assigned area of responsibility.
Base Pay Range: $62,000-$85,250 The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay: In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
