Job summary

Fuss & O'Neill seeks an Environmental Process Engineer to join our Environmental Compliance team in a hybrid capacity across CT and the Northeast. You will blend engineering design, regulatory compliance, field investigation, and hands-on problem solving on projects for industrial, municipal, and healthcare clients.

You will work from office and field sites, supporting permitting, startup, and troubleshooting for wastewater treatment, air pollution control, remediation, and environmental

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required/preferred
• PE or EIT preferred
• 5+ years of engineering design experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with industrial wastewater treatment and environmental systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and develop industrial wastewater, environmental treatment, remediation, and air pollution control systems.
• Prepare plans, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation for treatment systems and related installations.
• Use AutoCAD to develop engineering drawings and design documents.
• Review permits and regulatory requirements for various clients and prepare compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver project deliverables.
