Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience; 16+ years can meet education requirements.
• Licensed as PE, PG, REM, CIH, CHMM, PWS, CSP, LSS, CIE, REPA, or CEM.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior staff and support development of the team.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical/administrative solutions.
• Oversee projects, budgets, change orders, and invoices.
• Prepare and review environmental reports and proposals.
• Interact with clients and manage deliverables per ECS QA/QC policies.
