Qualifications

• Experience designing, programming, testing and commissioning PLC/HMI systems.
• Hands-on Rockwell PLC/HMI hardware and software expertise required.
• Ability to develop reliable control logic, interfaces and interlocks.
• Experience with control panel design, fabrication, and field installation.

Responsibilities

• Design PLC/HMI control system architecture for extraction wells and central facility.
• Develop, configure, document, and maintain PLC/HMI programming and integration.
• Prepare control narratives, I/O docs, and panel design information.
• Install and validate hardware/software, including field wiring and comms.
• Develop test plans, perform commissioning, and document results.
• Create user guides and training materials for customer personnel.
• Coordinate hybrid work and travel to Paducah for kickoff and commissioning.
