Job summary

Mustang Vacuum Systems is seeking a skilled Computer Programmer / PLC & HMI Programmer to develop and troubleshoot industrial control software. You will translate electrical schematics into functional PLC programs and develop HMI interfaces, while supporting customers and documenting changes.

The ideal candidate has strong PLC ladder logic experience, familiarity with Allen-Bradley tools, FactoryTalk View SE, RSView32, and solid MS Office skills. Independent work and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in PLC ladder logic and documentation of I/O points.
• Familiar with Allen-Bradley PLC programming software and ladder logic.
• Experience with FactoryTalk View SE HMI software.
• Familiar with RSView32 or older HMI software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, document, and troubleshoot industrial machine-control programs.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and machine-control issues; remote support for customers.
• Document programming changes and troubleshooting steps clearly.
• Work from electrical schematics and project documentation to build functional programs.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
