Qualifications

• Knowledge of MEPA/NEPA and city review processes (Article 80/19).
• Experience with public presentations and community engagement.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into plain language.
• Interest in policy literacy and sustainability standards.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with regulators across Boston area and municipalities.
• Interface with architects, engineers, attorneys, and clients.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and permitting narratives.
• Summarize third‑party studies and integrate findings into filings.
