• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Indiana natural resources permitting for energy projects.
• Knowledge of energy industry operations.
• Strong learning agility and adaptability.
• Self-directed and able to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and word processing.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, GIS, Smartsheet.
• Experience directing third-party consultants.
• Understanding of basic project management principles.
• Approximately 5–25% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation and coordination of environmental permitting for projects and programs.
• Coordinate environmental activities to ensure 100% compliance with regulations and permits; conduct field investigations.
• Coordinate with business partners to align operational needs with environmental risk mitigation.
• Maintain current knowledge of environmental regulations and regulatory processes.
• Analyze rules and guidelines to meet corporate directives.
• Oversee environmental surveys, reports and assessments and other permitting tasks.
• Partner with construction to achieve compliance goals and provide improvement recommendations.
• Lead meetings and training with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and implement proactive environmental systems and programs.
• Use established systems to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with multiple levels and partners to facilitate action planning.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders; work independently and in teams.
• Promote safe working conditions and public safety.
