Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Environmental Science, or related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• 3–5 years relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of Indiana natural resources permitting requirements and energy industry regulations.
• Experience directing third party consultants.
• Understanding of basic project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate environmental permitting for projects and programs.
• Ensure 100% compliance through field investigations and alignment with plans.
• Coordinate with business partners to minimize environmental risk.
• Maintain knowledge of current environmental regulations and processes.
• Lead environmental surveys, reports, and assessments as needed.
• Collaborate with field personnel to meet regulatory requirements and drive improvements.
• Participate in meetings/trainings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and implement proactive environmental systems and programs.
• Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders.
