Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff of professional, technical and administrative personnel.
• Plan, organize, implement, monitor and control division activities.
• Coordinate permit review with other divisions and agencies to meet goals.
• Apply scientific principles and knowledge of federal/state regulations for NPDES and 401 issues.
• Collaborate with industry, consultants, and the public; chair meetings with DEP staff and stakeholders.
• Attend conferences, pre-inspections, and public hearings when needed.
