Sunstone Environmental Solutions, LLC is seeking an Environmental Permitting Manager to lead mine permitting and environmental projects across the Western U.S. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, client communication, and deliverables, ensuring practical solutions and timely decisions.

The role emphasizes client relationships, agency coordination, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams, with occasional field work in Nevada and surrounding states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and professional experience in mine permitting or environmental projects.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clients and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple permitting and environmental projects across the Western U.S.
• Develop permitting strategies, schedules, and budgets with client alignment.
• Coordinate with agencies (BLM, USFS) and internal specialists throughout NEPA processes.
• Provide clear, practical explanations of complex permitting issues to clients.
• Manage field activities and travel to project sites as needed.
