Base pay range

$37,000.00/yr - $43,347.00/yr

Position Overview

As a Campus Organizer, you’ll be at the forefront of building a brighter future for all of us — protecting wildlife and wild places, tackling plastic waste, promoting 100% clean energy, assisting student voter registration, and more. We believe change starts on college campuses. We’re hiring organizers to work on over 100 campuses to help students organize, mobilize, and energize for a greener, healthier future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and inspire hundreds of students to take action.
  • Help students run strategic campaigns on issues like eliminating plastics, protecting wildlife, and making college affordable.
  • Build coalitions with student volunteers and organizations.
  • Train students as effective social change leaders in grassroots support, lobbying, and media.
  • Develop a sustainable, student-led organization through fundraising, relationship building, and branding.
  • Manage a citizen outreach office during summer, recruiting and leading canvassers for fundraising and grassroots support. Flexibility for relocation may be required.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual target pay is $37,000 - $43,347, depending on location, education, and experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick and vacation time, commuter benefits, potential student loan assistance, long-term disability, 401(k) with match, parental leave, and training opportunities.

Positions available on college campuses in AZ, CA, CT, D.C., FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, NJ, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, WA, WI.
