Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Program Manager for the Midwest Operations team, based in the Brighton, MI area. You will lead client-site operations, manage safety programs, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving the profitability of hazardous waste and safety services.

The role reports to an Operations Manager and requires coordinating with client sites, staff training, and incident reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in environmental/related field.
• Experience with DOT, RCRA and related regs.
• OSHA/DOT medical clearance completed or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture with site ops, EHS and lab teams.
• Oversee lab cleanouts, decommissioning and waste management projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate project tasks, manage tickets, and ensure client compliance and reporting.
