Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing or laboratory experience; labs count via coursework.
• GMP knowledge and operating procedures required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Solid computer skills and technical literacy.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, global business environment.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication across levels in the org.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills; reliable attendance.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States per federal law.

Aufgaben

• Display knowledge to sample Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP) per department objectives.
• Apply GMP and aseptic technique in microbiological sampling (EMP samples).
• Collaborate with technicians with clear communication; maintain focus and accuracy.
• Prioritize tasks and complete sampling at required frequency.
• Work with minimal supervision; report to Lab Supervisor/FLL as needed.
• Comply with GMPs, FDA, OSHA and Abbott regulations and policies.
• Conduct sampling aseptically and safely per procedures.
• Prepare tools and paperwork for sample collection and documentation.
• Perform environmental sampling in production environments.
• Maintain housekeeping, waste disposal, and lab sanitation tasks.
• Support Abbott’s EHS program and meet compliance standards.
