Innova Solutions seeks an Environmental Monitoring Associate, QC for an onsite Bedford, MA role. The position is a full-time contract (3+ months) with a Sunday–Wednesday shift, followed by a 3-month training period on a Monday–Friday schedule, 40 hours per week.

The role requires evaluating aseptic environments, performing microbial monitoring, and maintaining GMP documentation in LIMS and paper records. Eligible candidates have an appropriate degree and aseptic qualifications.

• Bachelor's degree with no experience, Associate degree with 2+ years' experience, or High School Diploma with 4+ years' experience.
• Must maintain aseptic qualifications.

• Incubate and enumerate microbial growth on EM plates.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a GMP compliant and safe manner.

• Enter information into logbooks per SOP.

Position

Environmental Monitoring Associate, QC (Full‑time contract)

Location: Bedford, MA 01730 (ONSITE)

Contract Duration: 3+ Months (Possibility to extend)

Shift: Sunday – Wednesday, after a 3‑month training period of Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental monitoring (EM) tasks for the aseptic environment, other controlled areas, and plant utility systems following specified instructions and techniques from Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Training Material, and other GMP documents.
• Incubate and enumerate microbial growth on EM plates.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a GMP compliant and safe manner.
• Document all tasks within LIMS or standard laboratory paper documentation utilizing GDP principles.
• Entry of information into logbooks as applicable for tasks per SOP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with no experience, associate degree with 2+ years' experience, or High School Diploma [or Equivalent (GED)] with 4+ years' experience.
• Must maintain aseptic qualifications.

Pay Range

Pay Range*: $30.00-$40.00 per hour.
