Job summary

Analytical Services, Inc. (ASI) in Williston, VT is hiring a Microbiologist for our environmental microbiology laboratory. The role focuses on analyzing water, wastewater, sediment, biosolids, and other samples to protect public health and the environment.

This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Vision, Dental, AD&D and Life Insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan after a brief waiting period.

Qualifications

• A BS or BA in microbiology or related field is required.
• Traditional and molecular microbiology lab skills.
• Proficiency with data entry and computer applications (MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to learn software and operate lab equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
